【摘要】 渔民上岸安居工程解决了渔民的住房问题,但随之而来的问题是脱离了水面后的渔民如何就业?通过问卷调查收集到的信息,对影响渔民就业质量的各项指标进行了主成分分析,根据分析结果,提出了加大力度扶持渔民在上岸地创业就业、加强对渔民的劳动权益保护和有针对性的提高上岸渔民就业能力等若干建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Fishermen’s housing project in China provides a solution for fishermen’s housing problem.The following issue is the reemployment of fishermen after they go back to the shore.Based on the data collected from questionnaires,the paper has analyzed indicators affecting employment quality of fishermen through PCA(Principal Component Analysis)method.According to the results,the author has suggested that government should support fishermen’s self-employment by setting up their own business in local area,strengthen the protection of fishermen’s labor rights and interests,and improve fishermen’s ability of employment.更多还原
