【Abstract】 After the deep discussion,research and designation on the content of the course,the case- teaching method based on previous case teaching is a new case- teaching method with the help of the technology of modern distance- education. It has a profound historical background and solid theoretical foundation. This teaching method has the practical experience. But at the same time,it has inevitable highlight in practice.
