【摘要】 分析了当前我国商业贿赂犯罪侦查存在的问题,从法理上指陈商业贿赂犯罪侦查存在的相关缺陷,进而提出完善我国商业贿赂犯罪侦查举措:(1)建立统一的商业贿赂犯罪侦查机构;(2)建立商业贿赂案件侦查举报人证人保护制度;(3)明确规定商业贿赂案件侦查的初查程序;(4)赋予商业贿赂犯罪案件的特殊侦查措施。更多还原
