幂律流体的平均流动模型在粗糙径向滑动轴承中的应用
Application of the average flow model for power-law fluid to dynamically loaded rough journal bearing
【摘要】 以遵从幂律的非牛顿流体为润滑介质,利用"流量因子"和"接触因子"的概念,推导出粗糙表面非定常幂律流体流动的"平均雷诺方程".对表面粗糙纹向γ≥1、处于全油膜和部分油膜的有限长动载径向轴承,用差分方法进行数值求解,分析了粗糙度和幂律指数对轴承压力分布、承载力、流量系数的影响,得到表面粗糙度纹向γ及均方差σ和润滑油的非牛顿特性独立地影响轴承油膜力学特性的结论.
【Abstract】 n this paper, an unsteady average Reynolds equation is derived in .terms of flow factor and contact factor. The equation applies to the dynamically loaded journalbearing in full film and in partial film for longitudionally and isotropic oriented surface and is solved by the finite-difference techniques. An analysis is also given for the influence of roughness and power - law index on bearing lubrication characteristics. The effects of the roughness and non-newtonian property are independent of the bearing mechanical characteristics.
