污泥燃烧的热重实验研究
Pyrolysis Properties of Municipal Sewage Sludge under Air Atmosphere
【摘要】 为了解某污水处理厂的污泥的热解特性,利用热天平对污泥进行了热重实验研究。从实验曲线可以看出,在20℃/min和40℃/min的升温速率下,干燥污泥存在3个失重峰;对实验数据进行了分析处理,采用微分法确定了热解反应的机理方程,求出了反应的动力学参数活化能E和频率因子A。
【Abstract】 In order to obtain the pyrolysis properties sewage sludge with the presence of air, the thermalgravimetric analysis is used to study the properties of dried sewage sludge from a waste water treatment plant in Changsha. The experimental results show that there are 3 stages of lost weight under the temperature rise rates of 20℃/min and 40℃ /min to be observed. After dealing with experimental data, and using differential coefficient methods, the mechanical equation of pyrolysis reaction and the kinetics parameter E and A were obtained.
