运动疗法对链脲佐菌素诱导的糖尿病大鼠血糖及脂代谢的影响

【摘要】 目的:探讨有氧运动对链脲佐菌素诱导的2型糖尿病大鼠血糖及脂代谢的影响。方法:通过高脂饮食及腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)的方法建立糖尿病大鼠模型40只,随机分为糖尿病安静组(DMQ)、小强度运动组(DML)、中强度运动组(DMM)、大强度运动组(DMH)各10只,同时设立正常对照组。3个运动组分别给予10m/min(相当于30%VO2MAX)、15m/min(相当于50%VO2MAX)、20m/min(相当于70%VO2MAX)跑台运动,6d/周,实验6周后,尾静脉取血检测空腹血糖(FBG)、胰岛素(FNS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR),并检测胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)水平。结果:DML、DMM与DMH组较DMQ组FBG下降(P<0.05),但仍未到达正常水平;DML、DMM与DMH组HOMA-IR较实验前降低(P<0.05),其小中运动组二者水平降低最为显著(P<0.05)。运动治疗后,各运动组血浆TC、TG、LDL-C降低(P<0.05),HDL-C升高(P<0.05),其中DMM组血脂各指标变化最为显著(P<0.05),DML组次之(P<0.05)。结论:小、中强度运动可更好控制糖尿病大鼠血糖水平,并改善血脂代谢紊乱,对预防糖尿病及血管并发症起到一定作用。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effects of exercises on the blood glucose and lipid metabolism in model rats with type 2diabetic induced by streptozotocin.Methods:Forty male Sprague-Dawley rats were induced to type 2diabetes models by streptozotocin and randomly divided into four groups:non-exercise group(DMQ group),low-intensity exercise group(DML group),moderateintensity exercise group(DMM group)and high-intensity exercise group(DMH group).Meanwhile the control group(CT group)was set up.Three exercise groups underwent treadmill running 6days per week for 6weeks at the speed of 10m/min(equal as 30%VO2max),15m/min(equal as50%VO2max)and 20m/min(equal as 70%VO2max).After six weeks the blood glucose(FBG,FNS and HOMA-IR)and blood-lipid(TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、FFA)levels were measured.Results:The FBG levels in DML,DMM and DMH groups were lower than DMQ group(P<0.05)but didn’t reach the normal level.The HOMA-IR in the exercise groups decreased after the trial especially in DML and DMM(P<0.05).After six weeks exercises,the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C in the exercise groups and FFA were significantly lower than DMQ group,but the levels of HDL-C were higher(P<0.05).The blood-lipid level in DMM group declined most and then in DML group.Conclusion:Exercises with low and moderate intensities can better control blood glucose and blood-lipid levels in diabetic rats,improve the condition of disorder of lipid metabolism,and to a certain degree prevent diabetes and vascular complications.
