【Abstract】 Terrorism,in number,in scope or its means,tends to be in an unprecedented frequency and terror level.Terrorism causes an immeasurable psychological trauma to ordinary citizens and causes an abnormal interruption or weakening to the operation of public power.It thus whittles down the state’s control over society and breeds criminal sub-culture which is different from the mainstream values.The aim of strengthening the researches on the negative hazards of terrorism is to demonstrate the legitimacy of regulating terrorism in law mechanism at the same time oppressing it by political control and military crackdown.And to resolve the issue of terrorism by law mechanism is ought to be an important,sustained and effective strategy.更多还原
