【摘要】 目的:观察蒙药扎冲十三味片对局灶性脑缺血大鼠血脑屏障的保护作用。方法:双侧结扎大鼠颈总动脉制备局灶性脑缺血模型,测定比较各组脑组织含水量和伊文思兰含量,从而评估各给药组对血脑屏障的保护作用。结果:与缺血模型组比较,扎冲十三味片各剂量组均可使局灶性脑缺血大鼠脑含水量及伊文思兰含量减少。结论:扎冲十三味片可减轻局灶性缺血大鼠脑水肿,对缺血性血脑屏障有保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the protective effects of Mongolian Medicine Garidi-13 on blood-brain barrier in rats with cerebral ischemia.Methods: The rat’s arteria carotis communis was ligated on both sides to create a focal cerebral ischemia model,to measure and compare the liquid water content and Evans blue content in each group of the brain tissues,and further to assess the protective effect of Garidi-13 on the blood-brain barrier in each group of medication.Results: Compared with ischemia group,all of the groups with different doses of Garidi-13 could decrease the brain water content and Evans blue content in the rats with focal cerebral ischemia.Conclusion: Garidi-13 can reduce brainedema in the rats with focal cerebral ischemia,and has a protective effect on ischemic blood-brain barrier.更多还原
