农业种植大棚风雪荷载计算及结构优化

【摘要】 为提高农业种植大棚的承载能力和稳定性,对某大棚骨架进行风雪荷载作用下的静力学分析及结构优化。首先,对风雪荷载进行计算;其次,建立大棚骨架的有限元模型,分析在极端的风荷载、雪荷载及耦合作用下,大棚骨架的形变和应力特性;最后,通过改变大棚边柱与地面的夹角对大棚骨架进行结构优化仿真。结果表明边柱与地面的夹角为82°时,大棚的综合力学性能最佳。优化后大棚的承载能力和稳定性得到提高,可以为工程应用提供参考。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the bearing capacity and stability of agricultural greenhouses, structural static analysis and optimization of the greenhouse skeleton under wind and snow load were conducted.Firstly, the wind load and snow load were calculated.Secondly, the finite element model of the greenhouse skeleton was established to analyze the characteristics of deformation and stress of the skeleton under extreme wind load, snow load, and coupling load of wind and snow.Finally, the structural optimization of the greenhouse skeleton was simulated by changing the angle between the side column of the greenhouse and the ground.The results show that the comprehensive mechanical performance of the greenhouse is best when the angle between the side column and ground is 82°.The carrying capacity and stability of the greenhouse are improved after optimization, which can provide a reference for engineering applications.
