多层螺旋CT MPR图像对外伤性眼眶骨折的诊断价值

【摘要】 目的 探讨多层螺旋CT多方位MPR对眼眶骨折的诊断价值。方法 对 68例外伤性眼眶损伤患者 ,分析轴位、多方位MPR图像显示眼眶骨折的能力。结果  68例中 ,轴位像显示骨折 63例 ,效果最佳者 3 9例 ,主要为眶内、外侧壁骨折 ;冠状位像显示骨折 68例 ,最佳者共 66例 ;矢状位图像显示骨折 43例 ,最佳者共 2 7例 ,主要为眶上、下壁骨折。结论 多层螺旋CTMPR对外伤性眼眶骨折的诊断具有重要价值

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of multi-detector spiral CT MPR imagings in diagnosis of orbital fracture. Methods Axial imaging and multi-direction MPR imagings were performed in 68 cases with orbital fractures. Results Total 63 cases of orbital fractures were found in axial imaging, of which 39 cases shown directly and clearly. In 68 cases of coronal imaging, 66 cases were found directly and clearly. Among 43 cases of sagittal imaging, there were 27 cases of fractures showed directly and clearly. The fractures of intra and lateral orbital wall were mainly found in axial imaging,and fractures of superior and inferior wall were mainly found in sagittal imaging. Conclusion Spiral CT MPR imaging is a valuable method in showing traumatic orbital fractures.
