【摘要】 目的:探讨参苓白术散加减方联合西药治疗老年消化性溃疡(PU)的疗效及其对胃部疼痛的影响。方法:将我科住院部及门诊收治的156例老年PU患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各78例,对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组给予参苓白术散加减配合治疗,2个疗程后对比两组疗效及疼痛缓解情况。结果:观察组总有效率为97.44%,略高于对照组的94.87%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组治愈率为78.21%,明显高于对照组的53.85%,观察组治疗前后胃痛程度差值(5.69±1.34)分明显高于对照组的(4.17±1.38)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参苓白术散加减方配合西药治疗老年PU可促进疼痛缓解,提高疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the efficacy of western medicine plus the Shenling Baizhu San on elderly peptic ulcer and stomach pain. Methods: 156 cases of elderly peptic ulcer in our hospital were randomly divided into the observed group and control group, 78 for each. The control group was given conventional treatment. The observed group was given the Shenling Baizhu San more. After 2 courses, the efficacy and the level of pain relief were compared in both groups. Results: The total efficacy in the observed group was 97.44%, better than the control group 94.87%. The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). For the cure rate of the observed group was 78.1%, higher than the control group 53.85%. The stomach pain level difference value in the observed group(5.69±1.34) was higher than the control group(4.17±1.38). Both differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The Shenling Baizhu San for elderly peptic ulcer could promote pain relief and improve the efficacy.更多还原
