中药塌渍治疗睑缘炎疗效观察

【摘要】 目的:观察睑弦赤烂汤塌渍治疗睑缘炎的疗效。方法:50例随机分为观察组和对照组各25例,观察组用睑弦赤烂汤塌渍治疗,对照组用常规西药治疗。结果:观察组痊愈18例,好转5例,无效2例,总有效率92%;对照组痊愈8例,好转9例,无效8例,总有效率68%。两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:睑弦赤烂汤塌渍治疗睑缘炎效果较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the curative effect of wet compress with Jianxian Chilan Decoction in the treatment of blepharitis. Method: 50 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 25 cases in each group. The observation group were treated by wet compress with Jianxian Chilan Decoction while the control group was treated by conventional western medicine. Result: In the observation group, there were 18 cases recovered, 5 cases improved and 2 cases invalid, with a total effective rate of 92% while in the control group,there were 8 cases recovered, 9 cases improved and 8 cases invalid, with a total effective rate of 68%. The difference in total effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Wet compress with Jianxian Chilan Decoction is effective in treating blepharitis.更多还原
