【摘要】 目的探讨射精前后精囊腺经直肠超声的观察。方法 2009年3月至2010年9月就诊的25例经直肠超声观察射精前后精囊腺的临床表现,此25例患者有炎症,设为观察组;再设置一组为对照组,为健康体检者。检测两组射精前后精囊腺直径,宽径,并进行比较。结果对照组射精后宽径下降水平明显高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0·01)。结论经直肠超声检查射精前后的精囊腺可以诊断精囊腺炎,值得临床广泛推广和应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the seminal vesicles before and after ejaculation by transrectal ultrasound.Methods The clinical performance of 25 patients ejaculation before and after of seminal vesicles by transrectal ultrasound fromMarch2009 to September2010,25 patients are with inflammation,and setto the observation group;Then set the healthy persons to the control group.Detected seminal vesicles before and after ejaculation diameter,wide diameter,and did comparison.Results Width and decreased after ejaculation of the control group are significantly higher than the observation group,there are significant differences of statistical significance(P<0·01).Conclusion Transrectal ultrasonography before and after ejaculation,seminal vesicles can be diagnosed seminal,worthy to be widely promoted and applied clinically.更多还原
