【摘要】 目的 探讨柴胡桂枝干姜汤治疗眩晕的效果。方法 100例眩晕患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组采用常规西药方案,观察组在对照组用药基础上给予柴胡桂枝干姜汤方案治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效以及治疗前后眩晕残障程度评定量表(DHI)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、睡眠质量评分、生活质量评分、中医证候积分。结果 观察组临床总有效率96.00%高于对照组的82.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组DHI评分(14.99±1.26)分、SAS评分(32.08±3.04)分、SDS评分(35.18±3.29)分均低于对照组的(22.05±2.01)、(41.15±3.93)、(42.76±4.09)分(P<0.05)。观察组患者主观睡眠质量、睡眠潜伏期、睡眠时间、习惯睡眠效率、睡眠紊乱累加问题、睡眠药物使用、日间功能紊乱评分以及总分分别为(0.53±0.04)、(0.51±0.04)、(0.56±0.05)、(0.62±0.05)、(0.66±0.06)、(0.54±0.04)、(0.46±0.03)、(3.88±0.04)分,均低于对照组的(1.25±0.11)、(1.18±0.10)、(1.31±0.12)、(1.26±0.11)、(1.29±0.12)、(1.19±0.10)、(1.10±0.09)、(8.58±0.10)分(P<0.05)。观察组生理机能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、一般健康状况、精力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康评分分别为(92.46±5.65)、(91.86±5.13)、(90.99±5.62)、(93.56±5.07)、(91.94±5.59)、(93.27±5.69)、(93.31±5.17)、(90.29±5.54)分,均高于对照组的(82.73±5.25)、(80.24±5.78)、(80.76±5.31)、(83.78±5.22)、(81.86±5.22)、(84.14±5.29)、(83.56±5.64)、(81.31±5.18)分(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组恶心、自汗、耳鸣积分分别为(1.43±0.11)、(1.05±0.06)、(1.26±0.11)分,均低于对照组的(2.26±0.19)、(2.03±0.15)、(1.93±0.17)分(P<0.05)。结论 给予眩晕患者柴胡桂枝干姜汤治疗,其睡眠质量、负面心理得到有效改善,生活质量明显提升,各项临床症状明显好转,治疗效果显著,具有较高的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction in the treatment of vertigo. Methods 100 patients with vertigo were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the observation group was treated with Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction on the basis of the control group.Comparison was made on clinical efficacy, Dizziness Handicap Inventory(DHI) score, self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) score, self-rating depression scale(SDS) score, sleep quality score, quality of life score, and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the two groups. Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%, which was higher than 82.00% of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the observation group had DHI score of(14.99±1.26) points, SAS score of(32.08±3.04) points and SDS score of(35.18±3.29) points, which were lower than(22.05±2.01),(41.15±3.93) and(42.76±4.09) points in the control group(P<0.05). In the observation group, the scores of subjective sleep quality, sleep latency, sleep duration, habitual sleep efficiency, cumulative problem of sleep disorders, sleep medication use, daytime dysfunction and total score were(0.53±0.04),(0.51±0.04),(0.56±0.05),(0.62±0.05),(0.66±0.06),(0.54±0.04),(0.46±0.03) and(3.88±0.04) points, which were lower than(1.25±0.11),(1.18±0.10),(1.31±0.12),(1.26±0.11),(1.29±0.12),(1.19±0.10),(1.10±0.09) and(8.58±0.10) points in the control group(P<0.05). The scores of physical function,role-physical, bodily pain, general health status, energy, social function, role-emotional and mental health in the observation group were(92.46±5.65),(91.86±5.13),(90.99±5.62),(93.56±5.07),(91.94±5.59),(93.27±5.69),(93.31±5.17) and(90.29±5.54) points, which were higher than(82.73±5.25),(80.24±5.78),(80.76±5.31),(83.78±5.22),(81.86±5.22),(84.14±5.29),(83.56±5.64) and(81.31±5.18) points in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of nausea, spontaneous sweating and tinnitus in the observation group were(1.43±0.11),(1.05±0.06) and(1.26±0.11) points, which were lower than(2.26±0.19),(2.03±0.15) and(1.93±0.17) points in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction for patients with vertigo can effectively improve sleep quality, negative psychology, significantly enhance quality of life,and significantly improve various clinical symptoms. The treatment effect is significant and has high clinical application value.更多还原
