土壤中重金属元素检测不同消解方法的比较

【摘要】 土壤样品的消解对样品中重金属的检测结果影响很大,不同的消解方法对检测结果的准确度有着显著影响,因此,本文旨在比较不同消解方法对土壤样品中重金属检测结果准确度的影响。采用电热板消解法、全自动石墨消解法和微波消解法消解土壤标准物质GBW07456(GSS-27),用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定土壤消解液中铅(Pb)、铬(Cr)、镍(Ni)、铜(Cu)4种重金属元素的含量,并比较3种消解方法的准确度和优劣势。结果表明,3种方法的检测结果均在质控标示范围以内。不同的消解方法具有不同的优势,选择合适的消解方法对检测结果十分重要。其中,全自动石墨消解法操作流程便捷高效,检测结果准确度高,是土壤重金属元素检测的最佳方法,可被广泛使用。

【Abstract】 The digestion of soil samples has a great influence on the detection of heavy metals in samples. Different digestion methods have a significant impact on the accuracy of the detection. This paper aims to compare the effects of different digestion methods on the accuracy of detection results of heavy metals in soil samples. Soil standard material GBW07456(GSS-27)were digested by heating plate digestion, automatic graphite digestion and microwave digestion. The contents of lead(Pb), chromium(Cr), Nickel(Ni) and Copper(Cu) in the digestion solution were determined by ICP-MS. The accuracy, advantages and disadvantages of the three digestion methods were compared. The results show that the three methods are all within the range of quality control labeling. Different digestion methods have different advantages, and it is very important to select the appropriate digestion method for the detection. Among them, the automatic graphite digestion is the best method with convenient and efficient operation process and high accuracy. It is the best method for soil heavy metal detection and can be widely used.
