【摘要】 目的 :探讨原发性血小板减少性紫癜 (ITP)时血小板相关抗体 (PAIgG)与巨核细胞数量以及成熟程度的关系及其意义。方法 :应用酶联免疫吸附法定量检测 5 86例ITP患者的PAIgG ,同时计数其巨核细胞数量 ,观察其成熟程度。结果 :在PAIgG增高的ITP患者中 ,PAIgG在 175～ 5 0 0ng/10 7PA范围内 ,巨核细胞数量的增加与PAIgG值的增高程度呈正相关 ;PAIgG >5 0 0ng/10 7PA时 ,则相反。随着PAIgG值的增高 ,巨核细胞的成熟也随之明显受阻 ,不成熟的幼稚巨核细胞和颗粒巨核细胞数量明显增加 ,而成熟的产板巨核细胞数量明显减少。结论 :ITP患者的PAIgG与巨核细胞数量及成熟程度关系密切 ,并存在一定的相关性更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Our aim was to investigate the relationship of platelet associated IgG ( PAIgG) and the count and mature degree of megakaryocyte in patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) and its clinical significance. Methods:The PAIgG was detected by using quantitative competitive enzyme-linked immunoabsorbent assay (ELISA) in 586 patients with ITP. The count and mature degree of megakaryocyte were observed. Results:In the patients with increased PAIgG, a positive correlation existed between the increase of count of megakaryocyte and PAIgG level when level of PAIgG was between 175 and 500ng/10 7PA, but the opposite result was observed when level of PAIgG was higher than 500ng/10 7PA. With the increase of PAIgG, the mature of megakaryocyte was blocked significantly. The immature and granular megakaryocyte was increased and mature megakaryocyte which can produce platelet was decreased significantly. Conclusion:In the patients with ITP, there was a close relationship and certain correlation between the level of PAIgG and the count and mature degree of megakaryocyte.更多还原
