【摘要】 目的:建立测定莫匹罗星喷雾剂含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为AgilentXBC18,流动相为0.1mol/L磷酸二氢钠缓冲液-乙腈(75:25),流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为230nm。结果:莫匹罗星检测质量浓度线性范围为0.0978～0.2934mg/m(lr=0.9994),平均回收率为102.08%,RSD=0.86%(n=9)。结论:建立的方法简便、快速、重复性好,可用于莫匹罗星喷雾剂的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the content determination of Mupirocin spray.METHODS:HPLC method was adopted.The determination was performed on Agilent XB C 18 column with mobile phase consisted of 0.1 mol/L NaH 2 PO 4 buffer-acetonitrile(75:25)at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.The detection wavelength was set at 230 nm.RESULTS:The linear range of mupirocin was 0.097 8-0.293 4 mg/ml(r=0.999 4)with an average recovery of 102.08%(RSD=0.86%,n=9).CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple,rapid and reproducible for the quality control of Mupirocin spray.更多还原
