【Abstract】 Under the background that traditional film is out of the time and the cloud film system is not mature, it is a safe, convenient and feasible method to recording original DICOM image data of patients with CD-ROM for inter-hospital consultation and personal storage. The shortages of traditional film: high cost, insufficient data, inconvenient to carrying and storage, environmental pollution, inconvenient to use, etc. The shortages of cloud film system: security concern, limited of network transmission speed, limited of scenarios, and charging model, etc.The main advantages of CD-ROM: high security, economic and convenience, powerful functions, better compatibility and low cost, etc. The CDs-DICOM system realizes the safe sharing of inter-hospital image data, saves medical expenses, reduces the financial burden of medical insurance, eliminates the waste of resources and environmental pollution.更多还原
