【Abstract】 In 1930s,for the eradication of soil salt,maintenance tax,elimination of social conflicts,recovery of rural economy,under the Nanjing National government’s instruction,the Hebei,Henan and Shandong province’s Local authorities and the Salt Administrative Organ carried on the large-scale improvement of Salt-alkali land in North China.It achieved relatively good results.However,due to the outbreak of Sino-Japanese War,this work was disrupted.更多还原
