【摘要】 自2022年5月以来猴痘在非流行地区大规模传播引发高度关注，2023年6月以后中国多个省份报告猴痘病例，本土续发疫情和隐匿传播的风险增加。疫苗接种是疫情防控的重要措施之一，世界卫生组织对有猴痘病毒感染风险的人群推荐ACAM2000、MVA-BN和LC16三种疫苗，还有多种减毒活疫苗、mRNA疫苗、DNA疫苗和重组亚单位疫苗处于研发中。本文对猴痘流行现状和猴痘疫苗研发进展进行了综述，为中国猴痘防控策略和疫苗研发提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Mpox(formerly known as monkeypox) has spread widely in some non-endemic areas since May 2022, leading to considerable interest and attention. Since June 2023, many provinces in China reported mpox cases, indicating an increasing risk for local transmission and infection. Vaccination is one of the most important measures for epidemic prevention and control. The World Health Organization recommends three vaccines for mpox prevention in populations at high risk for monkeypox virus infection: ACAM2000, MVA-BN, and LC16. Many vaccines are under development, including attenuated live vaccines, mRNA vaccines, DNA vaccines, and recombinant subunit vaccines. In this article, we provide an overview of the status of mpox epidemics and progress in mpox vaccine research to provide reference for mpox prevention and control strategies and vaccine development in China.更多还原
