糖尿病健康服务与管理虚拟仿真实验项目的设计与应用
Design and application of virtual simulation experiment for diabetes health service and management
【摘要】 糖尿病严重影响着我国居民的身体健康,而健康管理已被证实是提高患者生存质量、降低疾病负担的重要手段。《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》《中国防治慢性病中长期规划(2017—2025年)》指出,要以健康促进和健康管理为手段,基本实现糖尿病患者管理干预全覆盖,加强复合型、实用型人才培养以保障目标达成。基于此,本研究以“医管融合”“中西医结合”为特色,构建了“三阶段-三层次”递进式实验模块,并运用3D虚拟仿真技术呈现健康管理模式和过程,将价值、知识、技能、思维培养贯穿健康管理路径的各环节,让学生充分体验多学科多种健康管理者角色。通过探索发现,本项目设计合理、满意度高,能够帮助学生整合知识体系、加强团队协作、激发学习主动性,以及建立糖尿病健康管理决策思维,全面提升健康服务与管理能力,具有一定的推广价值。
【Abstract】 Diabetes seriously affects the health of Chinese residents,and health management has been proved to be an important means to improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the burden of disease.In the Outline of "Healthy China 2030" Plan and China’s Medium and Long-term Plan for the Prevention and Treatment of Chronic Diseases(2017-2025),health promotion and health management are considered as a means to basically achieve full coverage of management interventions for diabetic patients,and to strengthen the training of compound and practical talents to ensure the achievement of goals.This study constructed a "three-stage-three-level" progressive experimental module with the characteristics of "medical management integration" and "integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine",and used 3D virtual simulation technology to present the health management model and process.The cultivation of value,knowledge,skills and thinking runs through all aspects of the health management path,so that students can fully experience the role of multi-disciplinary and multi-health managers.Through exploration,it is found that the design of this project is reasonable and the satisfaction is high.It could help students integrate knowledge system,strengthen teamwork,stimulate learning initiative,establish diabetes health management decision-making thinking,and comprehensively improve health service and management ability,which has promotional value.
