【Abstract】 The accurate and fair household metering function of multi-unit central air-condition is a powerful guarantee for reducing energy consumption of large buildings. At present, there are many kinds of real-time power allocation algorithms in the industry, but there is no unified scientific test method to evaluate the deviation of the allocation results, and it is impossible to measure the accuracy and fairness of the system allocation. T/CAS 702-2023, Test method for apportionment deviation of household metering system for cold and hot consumption of multiunit central air-condition, puts forward three reasonable and feasible test scenarios, gives a clear calculation method for the allocation deviation of heating and cooling capacity, and provides a basis for measuring the system’s allocation accuracy to promote the technological development of the industry.更多还原
