前列腺素在心脏纤维化中的作用研究进展
Research Progress of Effect of Prostaglandin on Cardiac Fibrosis
【摘要】 心脏纤维化作为心血管系统重要的病理改变,参与心肌梗死、心力衰竭、心律失常等疾病的发生发展,具有较高的发病率和致死、致残率。前列腺素(PGs)是一类重要的具有生理活性的脂质化合物,在生理和病理刺激下,细胞膜膜磷脂在磷脂酶A2催化下释放二十碳不饱和脂肪酸花生四烯酸,再经酶促代谢产生PGs,与特定的受体结合发挥作用。同时,PGs也参与心脏纤维化进程,且其临床价值已受到学者们的广泛关注。未来应继续深入研究PGs在心脏纤维化中的作用靶点,为心脏纤维化的临床诊疗提供新思路。
【Abstract】 Cardiac fibrosis,as an important pathological process of the cardiovascular system,participates in the development of arrhythmia,heart failure,myocardial infarction and so on,which has a high morbidity,mortality and disability rate.Prostaglandins( PGs) are vital lipid compounds with physiological activity. Under both physiological and pathophysiological conditions,eicosanounsaturated fatty acids--arachidonic acids are released from cell membrane-phospholipid by phospholipase A2 catalysis,and then PGs are produced through enzymatic metabolism,to act by biding to specific receptors. PGs also participate in cardiac fibrosis,and its clinical value has attracted much attention in the field. In the future,further studies on the target of PGs in cardiac fibrosis should be continued to provide new ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
