细胞周期蛋白D1与口腔扁平苔藓癌变关系研究进展

【摘要】 口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)是最常见的口腔黏膜病之一,其癌变趋势与细胞周期蛋白D1有着极其密切的关系。本文将从细胞周期的调控,细胞周期蛋白D1的发病机制及其与口腔扁平苔藓癌变的联系简要综述。

【Abstract】 The oral lichen planus is one of the most common disease of oral mucosa.The relationship between the trend of cancerization in OLP and the expression of CyclinD1 is extremely close.We reviewed researches on the regulations of cell cycle,the pathogenesis of CyclinD1,and their association with the cancerization of OLP.
