【摘要】 近年来乳腺癌的发病率逐年递增,已超过肺癌成为女性最常见的癌症。乳腺癌的早期诊断和治疗、新辅助治疗疗效的精准评估是改善患者预后和提高患者生存质量的重要保障。磁共振成像(MRI)因其多参数、多序列、多方位、灵敏度高及无辐射等优点在乳腺癌的筛查、早期诊断及治疗中的应用越来越广泛,参与指导制定乳腺癌患者的个性化治疗方案,同时可以一定程度预测乳腺癌的预后。而人工智能的应用可以挖掘更多的影像信息,在MRI对乳腺癌的应用中提供更多价值。本文就MRI检查在乳腺癌筛查诊治及预后评估中的应用现状及研究进展展开综述,从而加强影像医师对乳腺癌的认识、提高对女性乳腺癌的早期诊断及预后评估水平;并讨论当前背景下MRI对乳腺癌应用的局限性和面临的挑战,以期为下一步研究的改进提供部分参考意见。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,the incidence of breast cancer are increasing year by year which has to become the most common cancer in women.The early diagnmosis and treatment of breast cancer and the accurate evaluation of the neoadjuvant therapy efficacy are important guarantees to improve patient prognosis and improve patient quality of life.Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) is more and more widely used in the screening early diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer because of its multi-parameters,multi-sequence,multi-orientation,high sensitivity and no radiation.It participates in guiding the development of personalized treatment plan for breast cancer patients, and can predict the prognosis of breast cancer to a certain extent.The application of artificial intelligence can mine more image information and provide more value in the applicatin of MRI for breast cancer.This article reviews the application status and research progress of MRI examination in the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis assessment of breast cancer,so as to strengthen the understanding of breast cancer and improve the level of early diagnosis and prognosis assessment of female breast cancer, and discusses the limitations and challenges of the application of MRI in breast cancer under the current background,in order to provide some suggestions for the improvement of the next research.更多还原
