【摘要】 目的 探讨基于标准作业程序（SOP）的规范化护理流程在早期胃癌内镜黏膜下剥离术（ESD）患者围术期护理中的应用效果。方法 98例行ESD的早期胃癌患者根据围术期护理干预方式的不同分为两组。对照组采用围术期常规护理干预，研究组在对照组基础上采用基于SOP的规范化护理流程干预。比较两组的相关临床指标（排气时间、排便时间、住院时间）、生命质量（EORTC QLQ-C30评分）以及并发症。结果 研究组的排气时间、排便时间以及住院时间均显著短于对照组（P <0.05）。干预后，两组的EORTC QLQ-C30评分均显著高于干预前，且研究组的EORTC QLQ-C30评分显著高于对照组（P <0.05）。术后1个月，研究组的并发症总发生率为1.92%，显著低于对照组的17.39%(P <0.05)。结论 基于SOP的规范化护理流程在早期胃癌ESD患者围术期护理中应用效果较好，可促进患者术后恢复，改善生命质量，降低术后并发症发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of standardized nursing process based on standard operating procedure(SOP in perioperative nursing of patients with early gastric cancer undergoing endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD). Methods 98 patients with early gastric cancer who undergoing ESD were divided into two groups according to different perioperative nursing intervention methods.The control group received perioperative routine nursing intervention, and the study group received standardized nursing process intervention based on SOP on the basis of the control group. The related clinical indicators(exhaust time, defecation time, hospitalization time), quality of life(EORTC QLQ-C30 score) and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The exhaust time, defecation time and hospitalization time of the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P <0.05). After intervention, the EORTC QLQ-C30 scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before intervention, and the EORTC QLQ-C30 score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.05). One month after surgery, the total incidence of complications of the study group was 1.92%, significantly lower than 17.39% of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Standardized nursing process based on SOP has a good application effect in perioperative nursing of patients with early gastric cancer undergoing ESD, which can promote postoperative recovery, improve quality of life and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications of patients.更多还原
