【摘要】 目的探讨百令胶囊治疗早期糖尿病肾病（DN）的疗效及对血液流变学与炎症因子指标的影响。方法选择252例早期DN患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组,各126例。2组患者均采用控制饮食、利尿消肿、控制血压和血糖等常规治疗,同时对照组口服厄贝沙坦治疗,研究组在此基础上口服百令胶囊治疗。对比2组临床疗效以及治疗前与治疗后（治疗3个月时）的血液流变学指标[全血高切黏度（HBV）、全血低切黏度（LBV）、血浆黏度（PV）、血浆纤维蛋白原（PF）]与炎症因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）和转化生长因子-β₁（TGF-β₁）]水平。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为89. 7%,显著高于对照组79. 4%（P <0. 01）;治疗后,研究组HBV、LBV、PV、PF指标均显著低于对照组（P <0. 01）;治疗后,研究组TNF-α、IL-6、TGF-β₁水平显著低于对照组（P <0. 01）。结论百令胶囊治疗早期DN患者疗效确切,并能够有效调节血液流变学与炎症因子指标,安全性佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Bailing Capsule on early diabetic nephropathy （DN） and its influence on hemorheology and inflammatory factors. Methods A total of 252 patients with early DN admitted to our hospital were selected as study objects,and they were divided into control group and study group by random number table method. The patients in the two groups were all treated with diet control,diuretic and edema-relieving therapy,control in blood glucose and blood pressure. At the same time,the control group was orally administrated irbesartan,and the study group was treated with Bailing Capsule. The hemorheological indexes[whole blood highshear viscosity （HBV）,whole blood high-shear viscosity （LBV）,plasma viscosity （PV）,fibrinogen （PF） ]and inflammatory factors such as tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α）,interleukin-6 （IL-6） and transforming growth factor-β₁ （TGF-β₁） were compared before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate was 89. 7% in the study group,which was higher than 79. 4% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P < 0. 01）. After treatment,the indexes of HBV,LBV,PV and PF in the study group were lower than those in the control group （P < 0. 01）. After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and TGF-β₁ in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant （P < 0. 01）. Conclusion Bailing Capsule is effective in the treatment of early DN,and can effectively regulate the indexes of hemorheology and inflammatory factors. Besides,it is safe in clinical application.更多还原
