【摘要】 为了解决产品设计过程中多种需求因素制约的设计问题,提出一种基于功能元参数相关性的产品功能模块设计方法。该方法建立在功能分析的基础上,通过对产品系统进行功能分析,考虑不同需求参数下功能元之间的相关度,进而运用聚类分析对功能元模块进行划分,并从系统的角度对模块化产品系统进行设计,得到一套完整的产品功能模块设计方法。最后引入雪地救援车功能模块布局设计案例验证了该方法的可行性。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to solve the design problem of multiple demand factors in the product design process,a product functional module design method based on functional element parameter correlation was proposed.The method was based on functional analysis.Through functional analysis of the product system,considering the correlation between functional elements under different demand parameters,the clustering algorithm was used to divide the functional element modules,and the module was taken from the perspective of the system.The product system was designed to obtain a complete set of product functional module design methods.Finally,the design of the snowmobile rescue vehicle function module layout design was introduced to verify the feasibility of the method.更多还原
