【摘要】 目的 研究心脏病患者核素心室显像心功能与肺功能参数的相关性,探讨肺功能参数对诊断早期左心功能不全的价值.方法 本实验对42例心脏病患者,在48小时内分别行核素心室显像测定心功能参数及肺功能仪测定肺功能参数.结果 通过肺功能参数分别与LVEF、PFR相关性的研究.发现肺功能参数分别与二者显著相关,经统计学处理,得出直线回归方程式,以上述实测单项肺功能参数统计值百分比代入,就可推算出LVEF的水平.结论 肺功能参数与核素心室显像LVEF、PFR密切相关,通过肺功能推测LVEF,为临床上早期发现左心功能不全提供客观检测手段.更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose The correlations between left ventricular ejection(LVEF) or peak filling rate(PFR)and pulmonary function parameters were investigated. Diagnostic value of pulmonary function parameters in the patients with left cardiac insufficiency were assessed. Methods LVEF or PFR in 42 patients with heart disease were tested by equilibrium radionuclide ventriculography. Pulmonary function were tested by plethysmogram in 48 hours. Results When LVEF≤55% in the patients, pulmonary function parameter expectancy value percentage including FVC,FEV1. 0,V50,V25 were obviously decreased. RV/TLC expectancy value percentage were obviously increased. Pulmonary function parameter expectancy value percentage including FVC,FEVl. 0, V50, V25 , etc. had significant positive correlation with LVEF or PFR. RV/TLC expectancy value percentage had significant negative correlation with LVEF or PFR. Conclusion The testing pulmonary function parameter helps to evaluate LVEF and diagnose early left cardiac insufficiency.更多还原
