宫腔镜联合阴道超声对子宫内膜息肉的诊断效果分析

【摘要】 目的:研究子宫内膜息肉诊断中,宫腔镜联合阴道超声的应用价值。方法:收集2021年01月至2023年10月,清远市清新区人民医院收治的88例疑似子宫内膜息肉患者的临床资料,均进行宫腔镜、阴道超声以及联合诊断,以病理学诊断结果为金标准,对宫腔镜、阴道超声单一及联合诊断的价值进行评估。结果:病理诊断与联合诊断的检出率差异小(P>0.05);宫腔镜联合阴道超声诊断的灵敏度、准确率高于宫腔镜、阴道超声单一诊断,漏诊率低,其中联合诊断阴性预测值、准确率、漏诊率与阴道超声差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:宫腔镜联合阴道超声的实施可以显著提升子宫内膜息肉检出率,且具有较高的灵敏度、准确率,可以指导后续针对性的治疗措施。

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the application value of hysteroscopy combined with vaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of endometrial polyps.Methods:Clinical data of 88 patients with suspected endometrial polyps in Qingxin District People’s Hospital of Qingyuan City from January 2021 to October 2023 were collected. Hysteroscopy, vaginal ultrasound and combined diagnosis were performed for all patients. The value of single and combined diagnosis of hysteroscopy and vaginal ultrasound was evaluated with pathological diagnosis results as the gold standard.Results:There was little difference in the detection rate between pathological diagnosis and combined diagnosis(P>0.05). The sensitivity and accuracy of the diagnosis of hysteroscopy combined with vaginal ultrasound were higher than that of hysteroscopy and vaginal ultrasound alone, and the missed diagnosis rate was low. The negative predictive value, accuracy and missed diagnosis rate of combined diagnosis were significantly different from those of vaginal ultrasound(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of hysteroscopy combined with vaginal ultrasound can significantly improve the disease detection rate, with low missed diagnosis rate, and has high sensitivity and accuracy, which can guide the implementation of subsequent targeted treatment measures.
