【摘要】 目的探究中医特色护理在心衰患者护理中的应用效果。方法选择医院2017年1月—2020年11月心衰患者共80例,按照简单随机法分为对照组和观察组,对照组采取心衰患者常规护理干预,观察组则采取中医特殊护理。对患者护理过程中心衰症状变化情况进行观察,并记录心衰症状好转的时间。同时根据患者病情改善程度探讨护理效果,若患者病情康复,临床症状消失则为护理效果显著;若患者病情改善,且临床症状好转则为有效;若患者病情无改善,且临床症状无好转甚至加重为无效。以我院自制的满意度评估量表对患者的护理满意度进行评价,满意度评分为百分制表,于患者出院时进行不记名填写,保证填写的真实性,并统一收集存放。结果经中医特色护理和常规护理后,观察组患者的心衰症状缓解时间均短于对照组,说明观察组患者恢复较快(P<0.05),对比数据存在统计学意义。观察组护理效果好于对照组(P<0.05),对比数据存在统计学意义。观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),对比数据存在统计学意义。结论在心衰患者护理中,实施中医特色护理,能够缩短患者心衰症状好转或消失的时间,提升治疗效果,并提高患者的护理满意度,其临床价值较高,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of TCM characteristic nursing in the nursing of patients with heart failure.Methods A total of 80 patients with heart failure in our hospital from January 2017 to November 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, while the observation group was given TCM special nursing. The changes of heart failure symptoms were observed during the nursing process, and the improvement time of heart failure symptoms was recorded. At the same time, the nursing effect was discussed according to the degree of improvement of the patient’s condition; If the patient’s condition is improved and the clinical symptoms are improved, it is effective; If the patient’s condition is not improved, and the clinical symptoms are not improved or even aggravated, it is invalid. The nursing satisfaction of the patients was evaluated by the self-made satisfaction evaluation scale in our hospital. The satisfaction score was 100%. The patients were filled in anonymously when they were discharged from the hospital to ensure the authenticity of the filling, and collected and stored in a unified way.Results After TCM characteristic nursing and routine nursing, the remission time of heart failure symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, indicating that the patients in the observation group recovered faster(P< 0.05). The nursing effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P< 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion In the nursing of patients with heart failure, the implementation of traditional Chinese medicine nursing can shorten the time of improvement or disappearance of symptoms of patients with heart failure, improve the treatment effect, and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients, which has high clinical value and is worthy of promotion.更多还原
