【摘要】 目的探讨透邪解毒止痒汤对维持性血液透析皮肤瘙痒患者临床症状及生活质量的影响。方法选取医院2018年3月—2019年3月收治的94例维持性血液透析皮肤瘙痒患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各47例。对照组给予外用乳化油剂治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合口服中药透邪解毒止痒汤治疗。比较两组治疗前后皮肤瘙痒程度评分、生活质量(QOL评分)及相关实验室指标[血红蛋白(Hb)、白蛋白(Alb)及C反应蛋白(CRP)]的变化情况。结果治疗后,观察组皮肤瘙痒评分明显低于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组QOL评分显著高于对照组(P <0. 05);且观察组Hb及Alb水平均高于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组CRP水平低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论采用透邪解毒止痒汤对维持性血液透析皮肤瘙痒患者进行治疗,可有效改善患者的实验室指标,缓解皮肤瘙痒临床症状,提高生活质量评分,疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of Touxie Jiedu Zhiyang decoction on clinical symptoms and quality of life of maintenance hemodialysis patients with skin pruritus. Methods Ninety-four maintenance hemodialysis patients with skin pruritus from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,47 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with external emulsifying oil,while the patients in the observation group were treated with oral Touxie Jiedu Zhiyang decoction on the basis of the control group. The changes of skin pruritus score,quality of life( QOL score) and related laboratory indexes Hb,Alb,CRP before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the skin pruritus score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). The QOL score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 05),and the levels of Hb and Alb in the observation group were higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). The CRP level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group( P <0. 05). Conclusion Tuxie Jiedu Zhiyang decoction can effectively improve the laboratory indicators of maintenance hemodialysis patients with skin pruritus,relieve the clinical symptoms of pruritus and improve their quality of life.更多还原
