【Abstract】 With the reform in senior education being furthered and the reform of charging system being fully conducted, universities are increasing enrollment scale, which has caused the proportion of poor students to increase. In the meanwhile, the students are focused on by various walks in the society in terms of employment and entrepreneurship. Poor college students’ entrepreneurship is a systematic and comprehensive project. During the course, we should analyze the five elements restricting entrepreneurship with the view of Potter’s"Fiveforce-mode"and explore strategies based on combined effort from government, society, universities, students, and so on, which is helpful to encourage poor students’ independence and over-all development, so as to promote their entrepreneurship.更多还原
