基于“知情式”设计理念的建筑性能优化方法研究

【摘要】 本文首先解析了“建筑性能”的概念和内涵,以及方案阶段进行性能优化设计的关键问题,之后引入“知情式”设计理念,提出数字技术支撑下进行多维度数据呈现的优势;进而提出“知情式”性能优化设计方法,搭建了针对“量化优化”和“多解优化”两种场景的性能优化框架,并分别通过案例应用证明其可行性。

【Abstract】 The paper first analyses the concept and connotation of "building performance", as well as the key issues of performance optimization design in the schematic design stage. After that, the "informed" performance optimization design method is proposed, followed by the advantages of multi-dimensional data presentation under the support of digital technology. Then, the paper puts forward the "informed" performance optimization design method, builds the performance optimization framework for the two scenarios of "quantitative optimization" and "multi-solution optimization", and proves its feasibility through case application.
