【摘要】 为解决HIS和PACS之间的信息交换问题,提出一种基于HL7的HIS与PACS网关的设计方法。分析医院影像检查的业务流程,根据业务流程中的信息交换点构建HL7消息进行XML格式转换,采用套接字方式实现服务器和客户端的点对点通信。实验结果表明,该方法实现了HIS和PACS系统的数据集成,保证了数据的安全性和系统功能的独立性,提高了医院的工作效率,增强了医院信息系统的可扩展性。更多还原

【Abstract】 To solve the problem of the medical information exchange between HIS and PACS,an integrated gateway between HIS and PACS was designed based on the HL7.The process of the hospital imaging was analyzed,the HL7 information was constrauted according to the information exchange spot during the process,a XML code form transform was applied to the information and Socket was used to achieve point-point communication between the server and the client.Experimental results show that the proposed method achieves the data integration,assures the safety of data and the functional independence of the system,improves the efficiency of the hospital,expands the extensibility of hospital information system.更多还原
