【Abstract】 The essay outlines the main content of Rembrandt’s Enterprise by Svetlana Alpers, and gives a brief comment on each chapter. The work has an emphatic theoretical construction and use historical data with a clear idea. It gives too much attention on Rembrandt’s studio and becomes a kind of Micro-sociology of Artist. The result is that it describe Rembrandt as a genius again, not only a genius of art but of a enterprise. Therefore, what the author does is nothing but to broaden the concept of genius.更多还原
