【Abstract】 Creating new meterical verse is an important side of Chinese poetic academy in 20century. He Qi-fang is representative of establishing secondly. Whose meterical verse poetic ideal possess importance academic significance. His meterical verse ideal involves two content: One is that reason of creating new meterical verse gets adrift with Chinese excellence poesy tradition; The other issue is how to creating new meterical verse. About the question, he consider that disciplinarian of rhythm maybe become the core.
