【摘要】 目的本研究旨在探讨国际上结核病密切接触者研究现状,并通过可视化方法揭示最新研究热点。方法选取2006—2020年以结核病密切接触者为主题发表并收录在Web of Science核心集的相关文献,利用CiteSpace软件进行文献计量分析和可视化分析。结果共342篇文献纳入研究,结核病密切接触者相关研究发文量呈波动上升状态。《International Journal of Tuberculosis and Lung Disease》为刊登相关文章最多的期刊(34篇),被引次数最多的文章发表在《Lancet》(406次)。美国是发文量(73篇)最多、中心性(centrality=0.45)最高且与其他国家合作最多的国家。发文量最多的作者为Albert Nienhaus(5篇),作者团体间相互合作较少。肺结核密切接触者潜隐感染检测方法为该领域研究热点。结论结核病密切接触者相关研究依然活跃,该领域目前研究热点集中于肺结核密切接触者潜隐感染检测方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The purpose of this study is to explore the current status of research on close contacts of tuberculosis, and to reveal the latest research trends and hotspots by visualization.Methods We selected close contacts with tuberculosis in year 2006-2020 as the research objects and collected relevant literatures in the core collection of Web of Science, and used CiteSpace software for bibliometric analysis and visualization.ResultsA total of 342 articles were included in the study in year 2006-2020, and the relevant literatures on TB close contacts increased year by year. International Journal of Tuberculosis and Lung Disease(34 articles) has published the most articles about close contacts of tuberculosis. The most cited articles were published in Lancet(406 times). The United States had the largest number of articles(73), the highest centrality(Centrality=0.45) and the most cooperation with other countries. Albert Nienhaus(5) is the author with the largest number of articles, and there is less cooperation among author groups. The detection method of latent infection in close contacts of tuberculosis is a hot topic in this field.Conclusions Closely related research on tuberculosis is still active. The current research focus in this field is focused on the detection methods of latent infection in close contacts of tuberculosis patients.更多还原
