焦栀子的药理研究及在血证中应用的探讨

【摘要】 目的:从传统中医理论和现代药理研究两方面探讨栀子及焦栀子的药理特性,观察其对各类血证的临床疗效。方法:1.单用焦栀子治疗鼻衄52例;2.用焦栀子配伍加味治疗咳血67例;3.用焦栀子配伍治疗尿血45例。结果:三种疗法的总有效率分别为9 4%,92%和91%。结论:焦栀子作为止血药,治疗鼻衄、咳血、尿血等血证有较好的治疗效果,远期疗效可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The traditional Chinese medicine theory and modern pharmacological research to explore two aspects of Focus Gardenia.Observed treatment of blood evidenceof clinical efficacy.Methods:1.Treat focal with single herb 52 cases,2.Treat hemoptysis 67 cases plus with other herbs,3,Treat hematuria 45 cases plus with other herbs.Results;The efficiency of these three methods were 94%,92%and 91%.Conclusion:Focus Gardenia as a hemostatic treatment of blood evidence has good therapeutic effect and long-term efficacy.更多还原
