新工科背景下食品专业“一领四合”式人才培养体系的构建
Construction of A Guide and Four Combinations Talent Training System for Food Major in Universities under the Background of New Engineering
【摘要】 当今世界正处于百年未有的变局中,给我国高校教育带来了许多新的挑战,也对我国高校食品专业的人才培养提出了新要求。因此,面向未来、面向产业需求的食品工程教育也必将进行改革。通过分析我国食品工业发展及食品类人才培养的国内外现状,构建出坚持思政引领、模式整合、教研联合、专创融合及产创结合的“一领四合”食品类专业的新工科卓越人才培养体系,以期为培养出工程实践和创新能力强、适应产业转型升级的食品类新工科卓越工程技术人才提供一定的借鉴。
【Abstract】 At present, the changing world situation brings new challenges to higher education of engineering, and also produces many new requirements to the talent training of food engineering. Therefore, the reformation of food engineering education oriented to the future and industrial needs has to be reformed. In the article,the evolution status abroad and home of food industry and food major talents training were analyzed,and the talented personnel training system of A Guide and Four Combinations for food major was constructed, including the guide of ideological and political, the four combinations of teaching model, teaching research, specialty innovation and industrial entrepreneurial. It could provide some reference to cultivate excellent technicians with strong engineering practice ability,innovation ability and adapt to industrial transformation under the background of new engineering.
