基于红外光谱的棉粘定性定量分析
Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis of Cotton Viscose Based on Infrared Spectroscopy
【摘要】 探讨红外光谱法测试棉粘纺织品中棉含量的效果。验证了不同纺织阶段棉纤维和粘胶纤维红外谱图的再现性及两者之间的区别,利用红外光谱吸收峰的吸光度与含棉量的线性关系,构建了比值特征值与含棉量的拟合方程,并进行了验证。结果表明:棉纤维在1429cm-1与1112cm-1两处的吸光度明显大于粘胶纤维;以红外光谱图中特征峰为参数构建的比特征值与棉粘纺织品中棉含量具有较好的线性关系。认为:红外光谱法可用于棉粘纺织品中棉含量的检测,且检测结果可靠。
【Abstract】 Effect of cotton content in cotton and viscose blended textiles tested by infrared spectroscopy was discussed.Reproducibility and differences of cotton viscose infrared spectroscopy in different spinning & weaving process were verified.According to linear relationship between absorbance of infrared spectroscopy absorption peak and cotton content,the equation of the characteristic peak and cotton content was constructed and verified.The result shows absorbances of cotton fiber in 1 429 cm-1 and 1 112 cm-1 are larger than that of viscose fiber obviously.Linear relationship between cotton content in cotton and viscose blended textiles and the characteristic peak is better.It is considered infrared spectroscopy method can be used to test cotton content in cotton and viscose blended textiles,the test result is reliable.
