【摘要】 建立了香菇中亚硫酸盐的离子色谱检测方法。样品经过超纯水浸提后,过滤进样分析。选用IonPac As19型分离柱,4mmol/LNaOH为淋洗液。此方法的线性相关性好,相关系数为0.9994,相对标准偏差为0.9%~2.1%,样品的加标回收率在97.0%~102.0%之间。更多还原

【Abstract】 A method for the determination of sulfite in lentinus edodes by ion chromatography is established.Ionpac As19 is chosen as the separation column and 4mmol/L NaOH as eluent.After digestion using deionized water and filtration with 0.45μm pinhead percolator,the samples are injected and analyzed.It is indicated that this method has a good relativity(r=0.9994).The relative standard deviations and recoveries are 0.9%~2.1% and 97.0%~102.0%,respectively.The method is proved to be rapid,accurate and practical.更多还原
