辣椒—大豆复合种植模式对辣椒产量及效益的影响

【摘要】 本研究针对提升辣椒种植综合效益的农业需求,构建辣椒-大豆复合种植模式并进行系统试验。试验采用随机区组设计,应用起垄覆膜隔行种植技术体系:在辣椒定植后,于垄沟实施大豆同步直播,通过豆科作物生长形成的生态位竞争机制实现生物控草目标;在鲜食大豆采收后,配套实施辣椒生育后期的精准田间管理方案。试验结果表明:不同品种组合呈现显著互作效应,其中辣椒品种‘义研新一代’与大豆品种‘油春1204’构成的复合群体表现出协同增效特性,鲜椒产量达1 356 kg/667 m~2,较单作对照增产40.7 kg/667 m~2,大豆鲜荚产量365.9 kg/667 m~2;而‘纂椒1号’辣椒与‘齐黄34’大豆品种组合则产生轻度竞争抑制效应,辣椒产量较单作降低50.9 kg/667 m~2。通过方差分析与经济效益核算,证实科学配置作物品种的间作系统具有双重优势:在维持辣椒基础产量的同时,可增加鲜食大豆产出。研究提出品种互作机理是复合种植模式成功的关键要素,建议优先推广具有正协同效应的‘义研新一代’和‘油春1204’复合种植模式,为生态集约化栽培提供理论依据和技术范式。

【Abstract】 To enhance the comprehensive benefits of pepper cultivation,this study developed a pepper-soybean system and tested its performance.The experiment adopted a randomized block design and applied a ridge-filming and alternate-row planting technique:after transplanting pepper (Capsicum annuum L.),soybean (Glycine max L.)was synchronously sown between the ridges,leveraging the ecological niche competition mechanism formed by legume growth to achieve biological weed suppression.After the harvest of fresh soybean pods,precision field management strategies were implemented during the late growth stages of pepper.The results demonstrated significant interaction effects among different pepper-soybean combinations.The intercropping system combining ‘Yiyan Xinyidai’ (pepper) and ‘Youchun 1204’ (soybean) exhibited synergistic effects,with the pepper fresh yield reaching 1 356 kg/667 m~2,representing an increase of 40.7 kg/667 m~2 compared with the monoculture and the fresh soybean yield was 365.9 kg/667 m~2.In contrast,the ‘Zuanjiao 1’ (pepper) and ‘Qihuang 34’ (soybean) combination displayed mild competitive inhibition,resulting in a pepper yield reduction of 50.9 kg/667 m~2 relative to the monoculture.Both analysis of variance and economic benefit evaluation confirmed the dual advantages of scientifically optimized intercropping systems:maintaining baseline pepper yield while increasing fresh soybean production.The study emphasizes that variety interaction mechanisms are critical to the success of intercropping systems and recommends prioritizing the synergistic ‘Yiyan Xinyidai’ and ‘Youchun 1204’ intercropping model.These findings provide theoretical and technical frameworks for ecological intensification cultivationpractices.
