【摘要】 应用氨力农治疗３５例严重充血性心力衰竭（ＣＨＦ），治疗前后测定左室舒张功能及血浆中肾素活性（ＰＲＡ）、血管紧张素Ⅱ（ＡⅡ）和醛固酮（ＡＬＤ）浓度。结果显示，氨力农可明显改善ＣＨＦ患者的左室舒张功能及降低血浆中ＡⅡ和ＡＬＤ浓度。其作用机理可能在一定程度上与神经体液因素有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstract The left ventricular diastolic function and plasma renin activity(PRA),concentration of plasma angiotensin Ⅱ(AⅡ) and plasma aldosterone(ALD) were determined before and after amrinone was given to 35 patients with severe congestive heart failure(CHF).The results showed that the amrinone could improve abviously the left ventricular diastolic function in patients with CHF,especially in cases with coronary artery disease who had lower levels of plasma AⅡ and plasma ALD before therapy,and decrease significantly the concentrations of plasma A Ⅱ and plasma ALD.It indicates that the mechanism of action of amrinone to a certain extent is associated with the neurohumoral factors.更多还原
