【摘要】 目的探讨儿童先天性胆总管囊肿的诊断及外科治疗。方法对17例儿童先天性胆总管囊肿患儿的临床资料进行回顾分析。结果 17例患儿中16例行胆总管囊肿切除+肝总管空肠Roux-en-Y吻合术,1例行囊肿外引流术。术后出现胆漏2例,经保守治疗治愈。所有患儿均随访2~12个月,未出现胆道感染、胰腺炎及肝功能异常。结论 B超检查简单方便、无创伤,对儿童先天性胆总管囊肿诊断的准确率高,可作为首选诊断方法。儿童先天性胆总管囊肿应尽早手术,手术方式首选胆总管囊肿切除及肝总管空肠Roux-en-Y吻合术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diagnosis and surgical treatment of congenital choledochal cyst in children.Methods The clinical data of 17 children with congenital choledochal cyst were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among the 17 children,16 underwent choledochal cyst excision and hepatic duct-jejunum anastomosis,and 1 underwent external cyst drainage.Two children had bile leakage after operation,but were cured after conservative treatment.No biliary tract infection,pancreatitis and liver dysfunction were found during 2-12 months of follow-up.Conclusion B-mode ultrasound is simple,convenient,noninvasive and accurate and can be used as the preferred method for the diagnosis of congenital choledochal cyst in children.In addition,choledochal cyst excision and Roux-en-Y anastomosis should be performed as soon as possible in children with congenital choledochoal cyst.更多还原
