基于MineSight软件的地下矿井巷工程优化设计
Underground Mine Roadway Engineering Optimization Design based on MineSight Software
【摘要】 地下矿山开发过程中,矿体形态、赋存条件对井巷工程的设计及施工具有基础性的影响。在满足安全生产的前提下,减少井巷工程掘进工程量,是矿山降低单位矿石运营成本的有效途径之一。借助矿业软件从全局到局部优化矿山井巷工程的设计,根据三维模型和二维剖面分析矿体与地质构造、围岩的空间关系。一方面,避免在地质条件差的区域布置开拓工程;另一方面,对于厚度达不到开采要求的区域暂时停止设计和掘进采切工程,进而实现降低掘进工程量的目标。
【Abstract】 During the process of underground minedevelopment,the shape and occurrence condition of orebody have a fundamental influence on the design and construction of engineering.On the premise of meeting the requirements of safe production,reducing the amount of tunneling engineering is one of the effective ways to reduce the unit ore operation cost.With the help of mining software from global to local optimization of mine roadway engineering design,according to the three-dimensional model and two-dimensional profile to analyze the spatial relationship between ore body and geological structure,surrounding rock.On the one hand,avoid arranging development projects in areas with poor geological conditions.On the other hand,the design and excavation and cutting engineering are temporarily stopped for areas with thickness less than the mining requirements,so as to achieve the goal of reducing the amount of excavation work.
