口腔修复非贵金属材料对L-929细胞毒性的研究
Toxicity of Non-precious Dental Materials on the L-929 Cell
【摘要】 目的:评价5种口腔修复非贵金属材料的细胞毒性。方法:采用细胞培养法、MTT法和流式细胞仪检测细胞周期的方法,研究5种合金的细胞毒性。结果:MTT比色法结果揭示:纯钛、钛合金具有良好生物相容性,而钴铬合金、镍铬合金、铜基合金抑制了细胞的生长。细胞周期所测各组细胞G2期比例与MTT结果相符。结论:不同金属合金的细胞毒性不同。
【Abstract】 Objective: To 5 evaluate the biocompatibility of non-precious dental metals.Methods: We used cell culture,MTT and flow cytometry was to study the biocompatibility of five metal alloys.Results: MTT colorimetric assay suggested: copper alloy was cytotoxic 3,nickel chromium alloy group of cells for the attainment of level 2,cobalt-chromium alloy group for a cell toxicity,and other groups for the cytotoxic 0.The cell cycle measured in each group for the G2 cells,the proportion from low to high ranking with MTT results.Conclusion: Different metal alloys have different cell toxicity.
