建筑工程中框架剪力墙结构工程施工技术探讨
Discussion on Construction Technology of Frame Shear Wall Structure in Building Engineering
【摘要】 框架剪力墙结构工程能够提高建筑空间结构的稳定性,减少建筑的侧向变形程度,同时能够满足高层建筑的功能要求,提供大量可灵活应用的建筑空间。在建筑工程框架剪力墙结构工程中,关键在提高由钢筋混凝土制成的梁和柱的性能,梁柱能够保障框架剪力墙结构中的作用力保持在平衡状态,从而提高建筑的稳定性。此外,在建筑工程施工中,应用框架剪力墙结构能够利用刚度大的特征减少梁柱的用量,节省施工成本,加大建筑内部的可用空间面积。因此,框架剪力墙结构具有巨大的应用价值。本文对建筑工程中框架剪力墙结构工程施工技术展开了探讨
【Abstract】 The frame shear wall structural engineering can improve the stability of building spatial structure, reduce the lateral deformation of buildings, and meet the functional requirements of high-rise buildings, which provides a large number of flexible applications of the building space. In the construction of frame shear wall structure, the key is to improve the performance of the beams and columns made of reinforced concrete, so that beams and columns can ensure that the forces in the frame shear wall structure remain in equilibrium, thereby improving the stability of the building.In construction engineering, the application of frame shear wall structure can reduce the amount of beams and columns, save the construction cost and increase the available space area inside the building by utilizing the high stiffness characteristics. Therefore, the frame shear wall structure has enormous application value. This paper discusses the construction technology of frame shear wall structure in construction engineering.
