【Abstract】 The government will entrust third party organization with management of science and technology projects. In2014,the state council issued Implementation of the Central Government Science and Technology Projects Management Reforms Program. It has set many examples at home and abroad. For example,German government sets up project management offices in research institutes,as well as Chongqing sets up project management service center,to manage science and technology projects. By studying their advanced experience,this paper aims to summarize some rules and characteristics,and seek enlightenment for Guangdong.更多还原
