【Abstract】 Private colleges and universities are an important part of higher education in Hainan Province. Their Young Ideological and political teachers play an irreplaceable role in Ideological and political education in private colleges and universities.The Young Ideological and political teachers’ research work is the premise of effectively realizing the educational function of Ideological and political discipline.
